1. DEFINITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE

This website (uzmdrosmanvarol.com) is operated by Zeos Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic Trading Limited Company. Oral and dental health services are provided by the company owner, Specialist Dr. Osman VAROL.

4. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT

4.4. The Company is not responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information entry.

5. APPOINTMENT RULES

5.1. Booking: Appointments booked via the Site are automatically confirmed and organized by the Company.
5.2. Changes/Cancellations: You may change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
5.3. Late Cancellation Policy:
* For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments ("no-show"):
* First violation: Warning
* Repeated violations: Account may be temporarily suspended

6. NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

6.2. Notifications are sent via SMS and/or email.
6.3. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

7. PATIENT OBLIGATIONS

7.1. Accurate Information: Providing accurate and complete health information.
7.2. Punctuality: Being present at the clinic at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
7.3. Identification: Presenting ID during the examination.
7.4. Payment: Inquiring about the examination fee in advance and being prepared.
7.5. Communication: Contacting by phone instead of the Site in emergencies.

8. HEALTH INFORMATION

8.1. Health information entered on the Site is for providing preliminary information to Specialist Dr. Osman VAROL before the examination.
8.2. Do not self-diagnose or self-treat based on this information.
8.3. During the examination, fully inform the Physician of your complete medical history.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.4. Medical Liability: Specialist Dr. Osman VAROL is professionally liable for medical services under professional indemnity insurance.

11. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

11.1. In Case of Violation: Your account may be suspended if you violate these terms.
11.2. Inactive Account: Accounts not used for 6 months will be deactivated.
11.3. Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time.

12. SERVICE CHANGES
